replaces the Data Protection Act 1998 and applies in the UK from 25th May 2018, our privacy

you work on behalf of, however in some instances this information can be personal.

company, quotations we have provided to you as well as any information received via our

All information and data provided is stored on secure services. Delden Cranes Ltd will never
have and never will sell or pass your data to any third party companies for marketing purposes
etc.

On occasion where delivery is made by one of our suppliers or contactors we may supply
information to them to assist with the delivery. To our knowledge the information we provide
is not used for any other reasons other than delivery purposes.

Data is retained in line with Delden Cranes Ltd Data Retention Policy and any statutory or
legal requirements.
